Annual PA Fall Party
Thursday, September 15, 2016
6:00 - 8:30 PM
Federal Hall
26 Wall Street, New York, NY

Join fellow Columbia HP graduates and PA members in the heart of downtown as we welcome the incoming class of HP students!  This year’s festivities will take place at Federal Hall, built as a Customs House in 1842. The building later became the US Sub-Treasury where millions of dollars of gold and silver were kept in basement vaults, until the 1920s.  Built on the site of NYC's 18th century City Hall, and later remodeled to Federal Hall, the site was home to the first Congress, Supreme Court, and Executive Branch offices, and is where George Washington took the oath of office as our first President!  Now a museum, the building serves as a memorial to the beginnings of the United States of America.

Enjoy food and drink, reconnect with classmates and hear more about upcoming events and other opportunities.  We’ll also be announcing the winner of this year’s Fitch Prize, awarded annually for the best paper or project completed during the first year of the program, so current students, you won’t want to miss it!
